with some information relating to your local area. We
consider this part of your payment, even though
it benefits you and your clients in your area. (see
“What are my obligations as a local agent?” below)
Annual Fees
Regular Local Agent: This is membership as a
non-exclusive agent for your area.
Urban (city & business centres): $200
Suburban (residential) area: $100
Exclusive Local Agent: This is membership as the
exclusive agent for your area.
Urban (city & business centres): $1450
Suburban (residential) area: $ 450
(a local area is generally calculated to be an
approximate area of 5 kilometers in diameter)
If there is uncertainty over area designations or a
member wishes to operate over multiple areas, an
appropriate fee may be negotiated.
What are my obligations as an Independant Local
Agent?:

Property Online agents are independent contractors
running their own businesses, and receive income for
their services on their own account. They do not
represent Property Online Group International Ltd,
or its affiliates, and are required to ensure that
all their business documentation do not indicate or
imply otherwise. |

Registration and membership however requires
compliance with a code of conduct and etiquette,
appropriate with Property Online’s business
philosophy and ethics. |
|
|
Local
Agents are required to supplement the Property
Online database by providing details of local
schools, hospitals, and shopping centres in their
area, and are required to register a minimum of
three entries per professional and artisan class
within a three month period of registration as a
member. |
|
|
Finally, You are obliged at all material times, to
advise your clients that the services provided on
the Property Online Portal are free (other than
featured insertions), and that your nominal fee is
for your specialised assistance in creating their
profile or portfolio on their behalf. |
