This current issue is normally caused by a member failing to enter the location of the business or property into the area and city fields. When the database searches for your listing record, it cannot find the listing because these records are empty.
If this happens, please send us an e-mail to delete the listing for you. You will need to create the listing again, this time remembering to enter the area and city in which the business or property is located.
Note also that once the area, city and zip code have been entered, they cannot be changed.
In our next software upgrade these issues will be resolved, apart from the feature which will enable you to delete your own listings using your own personal control panel.
