Property Online Independant Local Agents are professional members mostly from the property industry, who register specifically as independent local agents.
They run their own businesses offering international advertising (on the Property Online website) to private sellers, estate agents, professionals, artisans, businesses etc. They charge a nominal fee for taking and uploading photos and video clips and creating the “client/member’s” portfolio. As the website services offered by Property Online are free, independent agents offer an independent facilitative function and collect fees for their services.
